I/We hereby wish to apply for membership to St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church, Germany e.V.

I/We declare that I/We shall abide by the 1934 Constitution of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, the Hudaya Canon accepted by the Church, the Holy Episcopal Synod, the hierarchy of the Church, the orders of His Holiness the Catholicos and the Hierarchies of the Church from time to time, and the rules and regulations of St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church, Germany e.V., as amended from time to time.

I/We have read and accepted the By-laws of St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church, Germany e.V.

I/We understand and agree to pay the membership subscription fee and other approved parish collections, such as Catholicate Day and Diocesan Day contributions, in the manner and amount decided by the General Body from time to time.

I/We give my/our explicit consent for St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church, Germany e.V. to store my/our personal data in the systems used by the parish. My/Our consent is required in accordance with the Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO). The data provided will be used for the administration of my/our membership and for official communication.

I/We agree to allow St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church, Germany e.V. to use my/our contact details for sending updates on regular church events and services, parish announcements and notices, birthday and anniversary greetings, and other relevant communications related to parish life.

I/We declare that the information provided in this form is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my/our knowledge. I/We understand that providing false information may lead to the cancellation of membership.

I agree that pictures/videos of me and/or my companions at the Holy Qurbana can be taken and may be used for informational purposes related to the church, including but not limited to the church's website and social media platforms. If I/they do not want to appear in the photos/videos, I/they can either go out of focus (e.g.: in group photos) or withdraw my/their consent at any time by contacting the Parish.
