Instructions to fill the Membership Form

  1. Read the constitution of St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church, Germany before proceeding to the membership form.

  2. Fill in the application form digitally and then print or export it as a PDF.

  3. Submit also a Letter of No Objection (or a Transfer Certificate) from your home Parish in India. This is necessary to confirm that you are already a member of the Malankara Church and it also communicates to your home Parish that you are taking a temporary membership here in Germany. This can be obtained from the Vicar of your home Parish. (Ask your vicar for a letter/transfer certificate to take a temporary membership here). A scanned copy of the certificate would suffice for our purpose.

  4. All fields with * are mandatory. Agreement to all terms given below the form and the consents listed are necessary and your data shall be managed strictly under GDPR rules.

  5. An application for the membership is considered complete only when all required fields are filled, signed and when the letter from the home Parish is also submitted along with it.

  6. Send us the duly filled form and the Letter of No Objection (or a Transfer Certificate) from your home Parish
